Do cab over pickup truck campers require registration like a trailer camper? like why are there titles & type of titles just like cars salvaged ,rebuilt,or clean titles ect. thanks TB

OK so the flooded title mite be a bad idea.
can't the interior be completely stripped then pressure wash all the mold w/ vinegar?
but the idea of a none clear title TC is still a possible way to save a few $s. I really like scratch and dent sales.
remember this truck & TC will only be used a couple times a year so initially won't be a a big financial burden.
