All good info. Thanks. Ford has a much better website then Dodge, that is for sure. Hard for me to see exactly what I can do online. I don't like how Ford detunes their commercial engines. I've thought a lot about gas but like the pulling at altitude of diesel. Looks like I will need to order to get what I want. Dealers I've spoke w/ Ford and Dodge don't seem too excited to help either.
