As mentioned already using the truck to charge while idling is not the best idea.
You can bypass the problem easily for getting power to the TCer with the remote start. What is happening is that the isolator that you are using to stop the vehicle battery from being connected to the RV battery when the key is off is hooked up to something that does not power on with the remote start. Possibly a light circuit or something that is only active with key in, you need to change this to something that is active with the remote start & key in. Could be the radio, heater fan, other lights, etc.
I did that with my camper as I wanted power going to the camper in case of a battery failure in the camper so I could still have lights in an emergency. Charging the batteries was not going to do much, or anything, with it.
