Now I’m not sure of your setup, however I would be thinking about installing a second battery, make both batteries 6 volt, also get a solar panel. I would also be figuring out why your camper is drawing your batteries down over night. If the reason your battery is draining over night is because you have the propane furnace running ( fan motor required power) your running the face to much.
I would be wearing long sleeved under shirt, long-johns, socks to bed and add slippers when walking around the camper. Add extra quilt on the bed and wear warm clothes when inside and out.
We sometimes will camp in the winter( not in the new rig yet) when we go snowmobiling. Solar panels don’t do much good in a snow storm or cloudy weather, but it’s there hooked up so while we are away from the rig, it “ may” charge the batteries a small amount. An extra battery 6 volt are the best, will also help out a lot.
I also carry my genataror and use that until bed time so as I’m not using the battery power until lights out.
There are a lot of things to do to keeping warm at night besides running the fce, if that’s what’s draining your batteries.
Soup.
