I am not aware of any other device that can do that. Need them or not to help carry the load, I will probably install them for leveling the truck/TC.
With airbags, I wonder if I will really have any benefit in adding lower Stableloads.

I did not have the lowers on my SRW carrying the same TC and I needed to run my airbags at 40 psi with just the camper and 60 with the horse trailer, it made for a bouncy ride. On the dually the lower stable loads make for a great ride, firm but not harsh. I did swing the lowers out and then did a run with the airbags and the upper stable loads only with the Lance. I prefered the ride with the upper and lower stable loads on rougher surfaces, less jarring ride. so now with no trailer the airbags are left at 0 psi.
