Our travel trailer has a max weight of 7600#. So it seems only the 3 big trucks in the 2500/250 series will cut it. Or maybe something else? My question is, if we are wanting to only spend around $20...

My '99 1500 with a 5.2L and 3:55 axle handled that size of trailer just fine. Nothing was over weight.
