3500 SRW is minimum for what you need. It will do it OK. If you plan on a lot of towing, or mountain areas, I would seriously consider the DRW.

Please consider the good advise of the members here. The 5er you are considering is definately in dually territory. The ability to carry the pin weight of approx 20-25% of your 5er GVW is key.
Glad you are considering the tow vehicle before your 5er purchase.
