Truck Weighed with Lance 830 (Conclusion Pics)

Cooper and Toyo both have 18" tires rated at 4080 lbs. This should be more than enough for your load.
What are the Vision wheels rated for? When I checked I think the Vision 19.5" were less than 4K lbs.
