Fisher Bill, Weighing the 2 axles gives you the concentration of weight on each axle. This is easily accomplished by going to a commercial truck scale and properly position your rig on the platforms They will give you the front axle, rear axle, and gross weight all at the same time. Nearby truck stops should be able to do this for around 10-15 bucks. Petro, Flying J, T/a, Loves, etc all have scales.
Grodyman, One of the reasons I went with the Rickson's is they have rims made specifically for my chevy. this includes the factory offset, ( so I was told). the rims I have will accept all but the largest size on the 19.5's , so that gives me some versatility.
