Order what you want if you plan to keep it for it for a while. Also look at the 56" or 60" CA chassis cab version of the Ram 3500-5500 and Ford F350-F550. You may be surprised at how much better they are priced. Expect to add $5000-7500 for a flat bed boxes and receiver if you go this route.
