The driver towing the TT probably over corrected with each sway so the oscillations kept getting worse. If the driver had just hit the TT brakes everything would have straightened out and no rollover.
At the first sign of sway keep your foot on the gas, hold the steering wheel straight and use the TT brakes to stop the sway. Then slow down.
