Maybe because it's only a 7 foot wide (but 20+ feet long) trailer, but we are 14 MPG almost dead on every time (give or take a tenth or two). One 200 mile trip dropped to 12 as we were facing a strong headwind one way. Working trailer weight probably just under 5,000 lbs. Towing with a Jeep Grand Cherokee V6.
