No it`s not the Icon.
Here it is, it is adjustable and a bit bigger than the Icon ones.


I had the guys at work match the wing to the X.

These are the tabs I made for it. they just slide into the roof rack rails. the deflector does have suction cups, more for keeping the deflector from damaging the roof than anything else!

I Just got to Mt Airy NC today and just finished figuring my mileage. I averaged 8.3 so far and that is going through the Appalachians on I77 south. So I picked up a true 1.5 mpg with the wing. actually it may be only 1 mpg because I put new tires on the X in the stock 265 size and they are a highway tread. the tires I replaced were BFG A/T TA`s in a 285 size (one size bigger and more of an off road tread). I do remember my X getting near mid 7`s when I bought it back in 06 and when I towed with it in 07 and 08. I did have the speedo recalibrated for the different size tire and again when I went back to stock. So either way the wing is helping.
I wish I could help with the manufacturer, but there is no tags or stampings anywhere!
