We don't. :R For many, electrical knowledge is limited and since the OP might well be one the best advice
is to seek the advice of a "pro" who does fully understand RV electrical systems. For the OP to rely on forum discussion to guide him to a solution is potentially an invitation to a disaster. :E
The OP's issue is a classic illustration of why
every RV owner should be using an EMS that will protect users from a variety of power issues, including hot skin
which can kill. My advice - get knowledgeable advice from a "pro", not forum pundits. :R
