I'm guessing if you plug the circuit tester inside the trailer 120VAC receptacle they must be reading a open ground perhaps...

Thanks Roy. There are no surge protectors plugged in. I've removed everything from all of the outlets. The shore power on this unit goes to a main breaker and then the converter is powered from an secondary breaker. I guess I'll start pulling outlets to see if I can find the issue. 73's
