Our camper is brown on brown. It needed a little life. I found a couple of throw pillows on Etsy in a rich red, so I added small touches of the same color throughout. A small table lamp with a dark red shade, a retro napkin dispenser, a coordinating cookie jar for trail mix, Coca-cola S&P shakers, one rug, some greenery and the 2'x2' space in back of the stove done in gel tiles (not red).
My first outdoor kitchen has a wine theme. I make wine, and it's always on hand. Very subtle though. It's easy to get carried away with small spaces.
