I can turn a screwdriver and wrench, and already tried that before taking it in the first time. Whatever they’re going into, an interior beam I suppose, seems to be stripped, as they won’t even tighten down. The edge of the slide begins to separate from the exterior wall on that side. I want to get it fixed because I could see that leaking and causing water damage issues down the road, and I think it should be covered under warranty since I notified them of the problem before the warranty expired.
