I didn't know they made a HD F150... Harley Davidson model?
I have towed the same trailer that loaded is about 8,000 lbs with a F-250(390 motor) F-150(5.4) and HD 2500(6.0) and I can tell you hands down, the F-150 towed this trailer better than the older F-250 with the rebuilt fresh 390... More power, better handling. The HD 2500/6.0 was not any more powerful nor did it handle the trailer any better than my F-150/5.4....
I go through this with my son and his Chevy HD 2500 all the time.. To date, he can't do anything better with his 3/4 ton I can't with my F-150 including firewood other than he can get more in his bed than I can, but pulling the same 10,000 pound wood trailer full, it's a wash.
