TT with Solar Panel System already factory installed ?

Hi all...are there any manufactures that have factory installed solar? or even any other "off the grid" type accessories ? Also, suggestions on a TT make that is more quality made to take on semi full...

Nash, Arctic Fox and some of the other Northwood units have a small 20 watt battery maintainer solar panel on top of the A/C.
You can order more solar as a factory option.
