OP, I own a Tundra and I love it. Its a great tow vehicle, but only within its specs. I get the feeling you will be over your payload limit with this trailer. You've been around for longer than me here. I assume you know payload and tongue weight and the difference between what is written in a pamphlet and what it actually is.
My gut tells me that your numbers won't work. I wouldn't recommend you try to tow it if the numbers (ALL the numbers) don't add up.
That being said, I ran into a guy last year at the lake pulling a 35+' bumper pull with his Tundra. He had no problems pulling it up to the mountains to the lake or back home from the mountains afterwards. He mentioned that he had an Equalizer hitch and had made sure to dial in the measurements and the truck and trailer were rock solid.
To answer your question... if you have a quality hitch and its properly set up you can probably make it a stable tow rig. Others will complain about your brakes... I don't really worry about it. Toyota and the federal gov't seem to think it can tow 10,000+ lbs. Your brakes don't care whether that is an RV with 15% hitch weight and lots of wind resistance or a flatbed with 10% hitch weight and no resistance.
Good luck.
