Okay, I re read the post more slowly. I understand now.
Again, does everything work on the truck?
Your problem points to a fuse, but the flasher solenoid could be stuck or burning out too.
Or, for some reason your truck doesn't have a heavy duty one, which would be a surprise because it's a one ton dually meant for heavy duty hauling and towing. Mine did though, and one day it started going out. A few days later, I had to manually flip the lever up and down to make a turn. They go out...
