The Interstate I just took out of the F350 lasted 26 months. I replaced it with the 49.95 value battery from Walmart. For that price i can put in a new battery every year.
Prior pickup had good service from the OEM batteries, and replaced them once with the same Motorcraft. Those left with it.
Kind of funny you mentioned the 49.95 value battery from Wallyworld I have a old 7.3 Diesel truck I needed a couple of batteries to make mobile. In a hurry a picked up a couple of those since the were out of the top of the line 850 CCA batteries, 4 years latter they're still going. If it wasn't for the fact the old 7.3 starts easy I would replace them. They have almost no reserve.
