Time, have those too, but they get bent in my backpack-toolbox when out taking care of apartments or buddies where don't need hard sided toolbox for sockets/etc
Those clock oilers can't reach 'up' to oil unless it is full. As my squeeze bottle level goes down, just push the tube in until it reaches oil
Of course can refill and have had to do so when the squeeze bottle goes too low
Here is how I mix powdered Molybdenum Disufide powder (<1.5 micron particle size so it will not be filtered out). Same thing for shop & tool box/bag oilers
Only add moly every once in a while, as it naturally plates. So if it goes dry, not metal on metal, but on coatings of moly. Maybe every 3rd oil change or when remember to do so...after checking the log
