I have a couple of the VideoSecu mounts from Amazon here at home and they work well. The joints on them are pretty stiff and I cant imagine a smaller TV moving too far, but a cheap velcro strap might be a good insurance plan.
The other nice thing about the mount is that it has a bracket that attaches to the tv and hooks in a slot on the mount. It can be secured with two philips screws if needed, but without its really easy to pop the tv off the mount and stash it some where safe and rehang it quickly during set up.
Just make sure you are looking at a mount with a detachable VESA plate. Like this one http://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Articulating-Motion-Monitor-ML12B/dp/B003O1UYHG/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1374287673&sr=1-7&keywords=videosecu
