TV Mount Recommendations

Hello all, we are wanting to mount a small LCD tv in our TT and the only location is where the tv would have gone but it is a small opening so i'm thinking I could use a full motion mount and the mount could go inside the old tv location and the mount would allow the tv to sit just outside of the old tv location. I'm looking for recommendations on the full motion mount and if there is one that allows for quick release for travelling. The tv will be under 24".

  • I went cheap the first time and got this wall mount. It works nice, however it does not lock. I thought about that post facto.... I use Velcro straps to keep it secure. It works, but you just have to remember to do it.

These seem nice as they lock, but they are pricey.

Look for RV or Marine mounts. Look for locking features and the types of articulation that you think you will need.
  • I installed pretty much what you are describing, I think. I'll snap a picture or two after work, and let you know the model mount I used.
  • I am posting a link to a mount like the one I put in my travel trailer. It works great for my 19" and you can snug the bolts in the hinges so the tv doesnt move around while your moving down the highway. This isnt the exact one I purchased but its almost identical.
