How do you watch your television? Wifi, satellite, antennae, how? I am new to rving and need an answer please.

our tv is on a lift in the credensa by the back window. Our grandkids camped with us for 4 years before they knew we had a TV. In the last 10 years camping 8-10wks /year we maybe use the TV a few nights each year, when the weather is bad, done with card games, no fire outside.
