The article you quote mentions nothing about a twin turbocharged 4.8 for Ford trucks. It simply states that a 4.8 V8 will replace the 5.0. And then at the very ends SPECULATES that they could use forced induction to power a Mustang.

My speculation is that you will never see a turbo V8 gas engine in a truck - it simply will be unable to meet CAFE requirements.
