My WD hitch is adjusted so that the TV bumper is the same height, give or take a 1/2", after the TT is connected. Also the TT sits about 1/2 to 1 inch nose down measure at the front and the back.
The distance from the front wheel well to ground is with 3/4 of an inch higher after adjusting the WD hitch.
That is what manual says it should be, so that is how I adjust it, and that is pretty darn level.
Actually the WD hitch can be adjusted to remove all the weight from the back wheels as Reece once demonstrated in a promo add.
The WD is supposed to make it the TV and TT sit level, nothing mystical here.
