My ROI is how much I enjoy/like/love my vehicle...I do NOT purchase new/used
for resale...ever...unless such a deal crosses my path that I'll resell it
quickly for a profit...

But am in the vast minority but love the folks who purchase every few years
to keep a good stock of choices for my purchases... :B
