Thanks guys, I didn't know that GM had this issue, I had an issue with my Toyota Camry with the dash getting sticky but they replaced it without any issue for free. And the dash on my 69 is all original and crack free.... So kinda shocked and disappointed in GM about this. The truck yes is in Florida but stays in the shade and use shade blockers for the windshield. Anyway exploring the options, knowing me I may replace it myself or buy a plastic abs cover for it that glues over the top of it. Don't know how good those are but trying to find out. eBay around 150.00 for those and takes a few min to install. Anybody go that route before? If so does it look clean and not an add on look?
