Not sure if you missed my post or just just chose to ignore it but Dads 1991 (that makes it 26 years old, almost double your truck) is crack free. The head liner is hanging down but the dash is fine. BTW Ford had just as many issues with cracking dashes as Dodge/Ram and GM/Chevy during that time frame. Two trucks without the problem (you and Troy) does not make Ford free from having dash pad issues.
