The problem with the Lippert single motor version is the self adjusting feature is a carriage that moves side to side as the pads touch down. Once you run the pads down to support the trailer, the carriage still moves when people walk around the trailer. I am very disappointed in the Lippert stabilizers. They do support the corners of the trailer, but the stabilize absolutely nothing! The twin motor Ultra Fab sounds like two electrically driven jacks bolted to one framework. Sounds like a much better design, no self adjuster mechanism to move.
