While I like a level trailer, my DW felt I was being two excessive. Now I carry a 6 foot 2x10 and a 6 foot 2x8. We pull into a sight, check for level, drive up on a board or two if needed and call it good enough.
Once the TT is as level as it is going to get, we drop the stabilizer jacks.
Generally we are not going to be there more than a few days anyway.
