Have you checked out the Scamp or Casita trailers? They have some smallish ones that might suit you. In addition to the weight of whatever trailer, you also need to know the frontal limitations of the Patriot. You might be able to pull a boat that weighs 1500# but not a travel trailer that weighs the same due to the barn door effect. Suggest you check into that before going too far. There may be something in the R-pod type trailers. KZ Sportsmen makes a 13' that can be had with a bunkend like a hybrid and a larger u-shaped dinette in front of the bunkend. Could be made up as a bed for the other 2 people. It does have a real bathroom, but it's the wet-bath type. We had that with our boat and it was no big deal to us, but some don't care for it. Aliners are great smaller size trailers but IMHO would be a pretty snug fit for 4 if you had to spend much time indoors. Good luck and happy shopping.
