Payload is like 1,300# and max tow is 2,000#. Honestly, I'd find a different vehicle to pull your trailer with. A 13' Scamp will be the limit of the Patriot if you have the right model.
I suggest you go to an RV show or local dealer and get an idea of what you and your family like and then look for a tow vehicle.
