We too considered models with a Murphy bed but decided this design just wouldn't work for us as they all offer considerably less storage than those with a front queen size walk around bed with underbed storage and front pass through storage compartment, a feature most travel trailer owners find invaluable. Storage in rear glide models such as the Jayco X213 is also limited but at least the front bunk bed area can serve as cargo storage during travel, usually accessible via a large cargo compartment door on the front street side of the trailer. Between the two I'd personally prefer the Jayco X213, 'though you certainly won't find a new one for your $15,000 budget.
