Wow. I stand corrected. My box is 24', plus the rest. I didn't expect to get blasted for my mistake. The OP did state that "23' isn't quite a hard number".
Besides, the intent of my post was to convey that sometimes we compromise our target. and that I was surprised at how something larger did negotiate a storage space that I didn't think it could.
