under trailer storage tubes

I used a 6 inch PVC sewer pipe and cut out a semi-circle at the bottom of the end by the dump valves. This allows me to keep the elbow connected to the hose and not have to store it somewhere else. I would post a picture but can't figure out how to do it on this site. I'm new to the site.

Check the zip ties often. I have found they do not last long when exposed to the elements.

Suggest using some stainless steel wire as a safety so you do not lose the fence post and an expensive sewer line.

I have 6 inch PVC attached with brackets that were made at a machine shop. I like the 6 inch as I can fit 30 feet of hose plus the elbow that I use.

I purchase a 2005 Coachmen..

the rear bumper/tube was rusted inside.
and a broken/beat up hose inside..

I used 3 packs of steel wool.. with old "T" shirt. and a 6 foot wooden shaft..

back and worth a few times... then using "T" shirt and added motor oil . back and forth a few more times...

I still will not put a 40 dollar hose inside it.

a 6 dollar tote box and planning a way to mount it under the frame along with a honey pot.

The website above will get you to a firm that sell 4" and 6" cap kits with all mounting hardware.

ColieSails.com has lockable cast aluminum cap kits to install on 6" and 8" conduit and it comes with all the mounting hardware. Very nice stuff. bout a $150.00 is for the kit, you supply the conduit. There are kits out there for 4" duct too....

Also, most bumpers are not big enough to insert the hose fittings so you have to remove them and store them somewhere else if you use the bumper for your sewer hose. I suppose some manufacturers might provide larger bumpers. Mine is +-4" square and to get a sewer hose in I have to force it.
