Underneath bathroom drains to low for off road camping

Howdy! We really enjoy our 2010 Nomad trailer 25ft we go drycamping most of the time....when we need to go over hump in the road our underneath bathroom drags, we will stop and put a block under the tires and raise up the drains, but it is a pain,,can I raise up the underneath drains somehow?????? thank you Kaibab Camper
  • Need a couple pictures to give thoughts on realignment of the drain pipes.
  • On the theory that this has nothing whatever to do with forum technical issues, I've notified moderators to move this thread to a more appropriate forum.
  • Easier to raise trailer then to redo waste drain lines.

Trailer axle flip can be done

Redoing waste drains to gain clearance would be more difficult.
Plumbing for trailers is limited due to obstructions/placement etc

    Just flip the axles.
  • Lots of folks have "flipped" their axles to raise the clearance of their trailers.

If you are handy you can do it. If not, RV shops can.

    Here is a video......Axle Flip.....HERE
  • Howdy! My wife and I have and 2010 25ft Nomad trailer we really enjoy. We do a lot of dry camping out in the area of Utah/Arizona. We find that our lower drain system underneath our trailer is to low and will quite often drag... Is there someway to raise it higher so we won't have this problem???? Thanks ,, bathroom dragging
