Funny - thanks, I knew you didn't have to use it, but I did enjoy the electric jack comment. We've had this trailer for a couple of months now, with electric jack after years of hand-cranking. slow, but nice. Except for this past weekend, when the switch went out on the electric tongue jack and I had my socket wrench out doing it by hand (LOTS of turns). Thanks all. I've got it now.
