That is who Northstar is. A great product with service to match.
We had an electrical issue a few years back just before a trip out east. I talked to Rory Friday, explained the problem and he asked if we could be there Monday morning. We were at the door at 7 a.m. and the problem was fixed quickly and we were on our way. When I asked and what I owed the answer was "have a nice trip".
