I had delam on my last 5'er. Manufacturer fixed it, but it was a battle. After that I decided I would not buy another Rv that uses luan plywood as the backer for fiberglass. I now have an Open Range TT. It can leak, but it will not delaminate because they use symalite that will not rot from water. Check your seams for cracks in the dicor and fix as necessary. Good luck.
