With reference to GM....my 2016 Silverado 3500HD, GVWR 10800 has NO tire pressure monitoring system or idiot lights what so ever. The typical DIC Screen for the tire function is blank and there are no tire pressure warning lights. At first I was disappointed, but now I realized the potential pain with this system in a HD truck. Dealer said Feds don't require TPMS on GVWR over 10,000lbs.
