UPDATE: taking the plunge. F-150 spark plug change

Because they stick just as hard at 60K as they do at 200K.

OP, don't rush this job. The biggest mistake people make is they rush it and start twisting hard on the plug. Much like taping metal, go back and forth and go slow.
