UPDATE: taking the plunge. F-150 spark plug change

Ftrom my experience with shops, I would be skeptical of all of them actually being changed... It would be so easy for them to just skip a hard one and say they did it... And charge you for it.

I am guessing that the big problem is that the head is aluminum?
