+1. The argument that jobs were saved doesn't stand to the test of economics and/or common sense. Government taking over private industry is NOT capitalism, the type of government we allegedly have.
It seems hilarious to me that people shun the capitalist open and competitive markets (IE, those that buy Toyota or Honda, made in the USA products) and support the socialist policy of the GM bailout... then have the ignorance or audacity to say that buying a Toyota is "un-American" but buying a GM is somehow "American".
