Need some help...we are in the process of replacing our table and chairs set up with a U-shaped dinette. Found a complete set of new cushions from a salvage place on fleabay, and have started the planning of how to build the seating. We were at the RV show last week and took a lot of measurements, but failed to measure the height of the seats and table.If someone has their TT handy, can you measure from the floor to the bench, to the top of the cushion and to the bottom of the table?Thanks!

Motorhome, here but the numbers ought to be similar. Floor to top of cushion is 18" and floor to bottom of table is 28". Table thickness is 1.5" so top of table height is 29.5" off floor.

I'll help. I have a 2012 Keystone Passport 2910. My TT is in the drive way. I have to go in there tonight. The slide is in but I'll take some picts for ya of all the dims. And post late tonight or tomorrow. They look pretty universal. They just bolt (screw) to the floor and walls. Pretty basic like kitchen cabinets in a house.

Interesting switch, I know some trailers are getting away from the u shape and going back to chairs or benches. Is there an issue with the chairs, just wondering.

We actually took out the booth dinette in our previous Sunnybrook and converted to table and chairs because with that floorplan we found it gave us more flexibility, and with 4 bunks we didn't need the sleeping space. We liked the table/chairs so much that we ordered this Terry with that configuration. We switched the layout of this TT right after we got it, swapping the positions of the couch and the table/chairs in the slideout area. Now we are finding that with one of us lounging on the couch (not me LOL) we have limited seating for TV watching. The U-shaped dinette was appealing because it's got great lounging potential with the table removed. Also I'm doing guys trips again with my BILs since we moved to the midwest and we could use another sleeping area.So not an "issue" per se, but the way we are using the TT is changing, so we are changing the TT to go along with that.

Yeah, was disappointed in the wood though. Wanted birch veneer plywood since nothing in the TT is oak, but HD had these Ecuadorian sanded plywood panels that looked good and were supposedly from sustainable global forests. The wood worked nice but soaked stain like a s-p-o-n-g-e.,...results were the finished product came out darker than would have matched the interior....and I tested the stain on the same panel as a sample! DW wanted the curved corners to match the cushions.

Burbman nice job! Do you have photos that you can post of the construction of your modification? I know that it may seem simple to someone with a lot of experience building such things but I usually need pictures....

Also, at which RV scrapyard did you find your cushions??
