So, you replaced one Chinese faucet with another Chinese faucet. All Home Depot and Lowe's Delta, Moen, Price Pfister and American Standard faucets are made in China. If you're lucky, you may get one model that was made in Mexico. The faucets you see on these home center displays are made for the home centers with the cheapest materials possible. They're not the same thing you would buy at a plumbing supply house.
