Upgrade Kitchen Faucet
I have a 2004 travel trailer and really like the looks of the new arched faucets in new trailers. Can I just buy a faucet from Home Depot or Lowes ? Or is it a special faucet for trailers. If I can...

We just upgraded the other day...from Lowes or Home Depot (don't know where he got it)..... We got a MOEN. Experienced a bad faucet in the past. Discovered some are made with copper tubing....that will rub against metal casing. Copper rubbing on metal -- or even coming in contact with metal will cause holes..... The faucet that failed was from a plumbing store........failed in 6 months. The new faucet is still working in our old rig...after 2 1/2 yrs.
BEWARE....if your sink is under the cabinet....they'll say the height but the height on ours does NOT include the metal piece the faucet sits on......We would have had 1/2" clearance...now we don't. DH is moving the light fixture so we can put the cap back on the light......
