I can't answer some of your specific questions on how it handles a TC since I pull a 5th wheel with it. But my general impression of the truck is better now than when I was shopping for them. I'm really proud of it. It tows my 5th wheel like it's bored. Lopes along in cruise at 70mph all day long, up and down hills. Everyone who has posted about the exhaust brake is correct - I think it's the highlight of the truck. I have the Laramie version. The overall fit and finish is superior and the lighting (interior and exterior) is outstanding. That is something you probably won't notice until you can see it at night time. I got most of the whistles and bells, including the NAV package. That's the one area I wish I could improve. The NAV package is a "standard" GPS, nothing more, nothing less. It's integrated into the EVIC (center display and voice system) and works with the truck's other electronics well, for example - turning the radio down when it announces an upcoming turn, and displays the next turn on the drivers display as well as the center display. However, I wish it had an "RV" or "truckers" mode that would keep you off those darn side streets in order to save 30 seconds! The only routing selection you have is the usual "shortest or fastest route". It's a $500 option when ordered as a specification. The built in NAV is good as a general GPS, but I may add a "truckers" GPS for use when towing.
Luv the truck, glad I got it. I came from a 2001 F250 with 7.3. The 3.42 does fine for me.
Thanks, I appreciate your feedback.
